Trafag produces equipment for heavy duty conditions and has many achievements in research & development in thermostats, pressostats and pressure transmitters construction.

Trafag in cooperation with Sulzer made specialistic thermostats, pressostats and pressure transmitters constuction solutions for automation systems, compressors and diesel engines monitoring. This type of equipment is made for working in heavy vibrating conditions.

Since 1999 there is a EPT pressure transmitter specially made for diesel engine direct instalment. There are also programalbe and intelligent transmitters with digital signal.

Trafag is one of few companies in the world that make SF₆ sensor with multi-stage pressostat and temperature compensation.

For hazardous areas there are Ex design equipment such as “Ex ed IICT6” and “Ex ia IICT6”. This equipment has PTB, KD BARBARA and WUG certificates.
